How can anybody be that hostile to Bill Nye. Look at him. It’s like Bill Nye’s innate goodness and love for humanity and science is repelling him. Except men commit more crime and… this just makes absolutely no fucking sense. Incorrect. Men are sentenced more harshly than women for the same crimes. When a man gets 10 years for a crime, a woman might get 2 years and some sort of court ordered therapy. By your “logic” black people commit more crime. After all the ratio of Black US citizens to black prisoners is much larger than the ratio of white US citizens to white prisoners despite there being a larger white general population. It couldn’t be because there’s some sort of maybe I don’t know bias in the court system. It’s because evil dirty men (just like evil dirty blacks) just “commit more crimes”. And youare so full of hate I’d be afraid to let you handle safety scissors, lest you run around in a fit and fall on them, allowing all that disgusting bigoted rage of yours to flood the air the rest of us breath. Uh. No. Men commit more crime. Seriously. The statistics are there. Hate to break it to you. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re also sentenced more harshly, but they do indeed commit more crime. And no, black people do not commit more crime. They are, however, definitely sentenced far more harshly than white people. However, there’s a really important difference here. Black people are oppressed. Men are not. There’s an oppressive underlying reason that black people are sentenced more harshly. For men? It’s just the statistics speaking. It’s not an ‘evil dirty men’ thing. It’s an ‘evil dirty patriarchy’ thing. Which is why we should be working to dismantle the patriarchy. …Yeah I got nothing for that last bit.
